Refunds, Returns & Warranty

We understand that travel plans may change. So if you wish to return your purchase, please email us at hello@flylegsup.com or contact us here, within 14 days of receiving product and we will let you know the return address. Please note that the goods must be in their original condition, unopened and unused. Once we receive the product we will process the product refund as soon as possible, however we do not refund any postage fees. 

All postage and insurance costs are to be paid for by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via registered post & that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Fly LegsUp will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged during the return process.

Fly LegsUp Flight Hammock products are fully warranted to the originally invoiced customer against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will replace the product free of charge, as soon as possible. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, laundering, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.
