Returns Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. So if you wish to return your purchase, please email us at hello@flylegsup.com or contact us here, within 14 days of receiving product and we will let you know the return address. Please note that the goods must be returned within 14 days of your return request, in their original condition, unopened and unused. Once we receive the product we will process the product refund as soon as possible, however we do not refund any postage fees. 

All postage, insurance and customs costs (if applicable) are to be paid for by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via registered post & that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Fly LegsUp will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged during the return process.

Australia Only: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
