Delivery times

We aim to dispatch your order in 1-2 working days and you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

If you need your order urgently or by a certain date, please specify this in the delivery notes and we will accommodate your request as best as possible.

Standard Australia Post: Delivery in 2-7 working days +/-

Express Australia Post: Delivery in 1-3 working days 

USA & Canada

International Tracked: Delivery in 5-8 working days +/- (recommended)

Express: Delivery in 3-5 working days +/-

International Standard: Delivery in 5-8 working days +/-

Due to some packages being held in US customs, this may cause a delay of up to 18 working days. In very rare circumstances some customers may be charged tax/duty fees by US customs. 

Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard: Delivery in 2-4 working days

Royal Mail Special Guaranteed 1pm delivery: Delivery in 1-2 working days

Europe

International Tracked: Delivery in 3-6 working days +/- (recommended)

International Standard: Delivery in 3-8 working days +/-

Due to some packages being held in EU customs, this may cause a delay of up to 15 working days. In very rare circumstances some customers may be charged tax/duty fees by customs.   

Other International

International Delivery can take 2-15 working days (+/- depending on customs). Please check approximate shipping times upon checkout or message us to find out more about our delivery times.

My Flight Hammock/Fly LegsUp does NOT take responsibility for any parcels that have been delayed, lost, stolen or damaged during transit. In the event that there are any issues we will contact the courier/postal service. We do recommend selecting shipping with Tracking.
