SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES  - Australia, UK, Europe, USA, Canada & International

We know you can’t wait to travel with your new Fly LegsUp Flight Hammock!

At Fly LegsUp we do our best to dispatch all orders from our UK, Australia and Hong Kong warehouses within 1-2 business days after your order is placed.

When making payment through PayPal please do not close PayPal window before process has completed.

Once your order is confirmed you will receive a confirmation email from Fly LegsUp. Please check your junk mailbox if you have not received your invoice confirmation. For any issues or changes to your order please email us at enquiries@flylegsup.com with your order number & we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Fly LegsUp is located on the Gold Coast, Australia, London, United Kingdom & Hong Kong, proudly offering international shipping. All domestic & New Zealand orders are tracked & shipped through Australia Post. All International service providers include: Royal Mail, Royale International, Parcelforce, SF Express & selected third-party logistics companies. 

For all AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND orders please allow between 2-10 Business days after dispatch for arrival.

For EXPRESS orders (Australia & New Zealand) we endeavor to have your order dispatched within 24hours Monday – Friday. Please keep in mind depending on metropolitan & rural areas delivery estimates are still between 1-3 business days via Australia Post.

For PLATINUM orders(Australia) NEXT business day delivery applies for major metropolitan areas only. 

We advise for AUSTRALIAN customers if you require your order within 7 DAYS please select the EXPRESS option when checking out. For further delivery estimations please head to https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/  Our shipping postcode is 4224.

UK customers can expect your order in 2-4 working days via the Royal Mail service. This is a standard (no tracking) service. We also offer an express option, this service takes 1-2 working days via Royal Mail Special Guaranteed 1pm delivery. You will receive a "Goods dispatched" email once your package is on its way from our UK warehouse! If your package is delayed please ask you local depot or Post Office if they have received your parcel. If they do not have your parcel please email ashleigh@flylegsup.com.

For our customers in EUROPE your order will be dispatched from our UK warehouse and we can deliver your order in 3-6 working days via Royal Mail & their selected third-party logistics company. Due to some packages being held in EU customs, this may cause a delay of up to 15 working days. You have the option of a tracked service or a standard service, the standard service does not offer tracking. We recommend our customers in Europe select the Tracked service for that extra piece of mind. 

For our customers in the USA & Canada we use Royal Mail who then use their selected third-party logistics company. This service takes 5-8 working days from ordering and we dispatch your order from our UK warehouse. Due to some packages being held in US customs, this may cause a delay of up to 15 working days. We offer a tracked service or a standard (no tracking) service. We recommend our customers in the USA & Canada select the Tracked service for that extra piece of mind.

For all other INTERNATIONAL (UAE, Asia etc) orders, these are tracked (where possible) & shipped via Royale Courier Service or SF Express from a third party logistics team, we endeavour to deliver your order in 2-7 business days from time of ordering. Please be advised a SIGNATURE will be required upon delivery & PO BOXES cannot be accepted. If you need your order urgently, please email us at enquiries@flylegsup.com and we will dispatch ASAP for you. For BRASIL orders we require a tax ID, once you have ordered, we will email you for these details.

Fly LegsUp does NOT take responsibility for any parcels that have been lost, stolen or damaged during transit within Australia Post, Royal Mail, ParcelForce, Royale International, SF Express courier service & selected third-party logistics companies .
